We want you to love every part of your Gleama Seoul experience. If you're not 100% happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

✅ Free 30-Day Returns

We offer free returns on all eligible items within 30 days of delivery—no questions asked.

📦 Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging

• All tags, accessories, and protective films (if any) must be intact

• Items must not show any signs of wear, damage, or alteration

Returns that don’t meet these conditions may not be accepted.

💰 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue your full refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that we are not responsible for stolen packages. We offer an optional insured shipping upgrade that covers loss or theft; if this option isn’t selected at checkout, we’re unable to provide a refund for missing or stolen deliveries.

You’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as your refund has been processed.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, certain items may be non-returnable (e.g., opened beauty products, undergarments). These will be clearly marked on the product page.

🔁 Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return your original order and place a new one.
