Return & Refund Policy

At Gleama Seoul, we want you to love every purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns

We offer free returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and unworn, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags, accessories and protective films intact. You'll also need your order number or proof of purchase.

To start a return, email us at info@gleamaseoul.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Within 1–2 business days, we'll reply with a free prepaid return label and instructions on how and where to send your package. We can't accept items sent back without first requesting a return.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us right away at info@gleamaseoul.com with your order number and a photo of the issue so we can make it right.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene and safety reasons, some items can't be returned, including opened or used beauty and personal care products and undergarments. Non-returnable items are clearly marked on their product pages. Gift cards are also non-returnable. If you have questions about a specific item, please contact us before purchasing.

Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your original item and, once the return is accepted, place a new order.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to let you know whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven't received your refund, please contact us at info@gleamaseoul.com.
